AI3 Discovery was founded by AI3, which builds and operates large-scale artificial intelligence infrastructure and enterprise AI systems. AI3 Discovery brings that experience into the physical sciences.
Our objective
We apply AI to some of the largest search spaces in science, across biology, chemistry, and materials, and we are not limited to any fixed list of them.
We are not a traditional biotechnology company adding AI to an existing workflow. The workflow was designed around AI from the first day, which is why our unit of work is a discovery cycle rather than a project plan.
We believe the next major breakthroughs in biology, medicine, and materials science will increasingly be found with AI, and that the companies which can run the most cycles per month will find them first.
